Shon Sanders leads strategic performance initiatives focused on driving dealership growth, strengthening operational accountability, and elevating team execution.

With more than 25 years in the automotive industry, including executive leadership roles with national insurance and administration providers Shon brings both strategic insight and hands-on dealership experience. His background includes Sales, Finance Director, General Sales Manager, and General Manager roles, giving him a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations and the key drivers of profitability.

Shon is Co-Founder of Keystone Dealer Performance and specializes in building high-performing teams and implementing measurable, data-driven systems that improve performance while preserving the culture and leadership identity that define successful dealerships.

Jessica Mélon

Jessica Mélon is a nationally recognized automotive agency executive with more than 20 years of experience advising automotive, RV, and powersports dealerships on profitability strategy and long-term financial performance. As Co-Founder of Keystone Dealer Solutions in 2010, she has built a reputation for delivering sophisticated, data-driven solutions that align product performance, reinsurance structure, and dealership wealth development.

Jessica specializes in reinsurance strategy, financial modeling, advanced analytics, and negotiating high-performance F&I program  and reinsurance structures with leading insurance carriers and national administrators. She works directly with dealer principals and executive leadership teams to design customized participation strategies that transform F&I production into structured, scalable financial assets — strengthening both operational profitability and enterprise value.

Eric "Frenchy" Mélon

With over three decades of experience, Eric “Frenchy” Mélon is a seasoned automotive operations executive and consultant known for transforming dealership performance. As co‑founder of Keystone Dealer Performance, he built a reputation for turning managers into leaders — not only in the US, but also internationally — through disciplined process design, clear operational standards, and practical, real‑world coaching.

Frenchy specializes in building scalable systems that optimize F&I, Sales, and BDC performance, dramatically elevate results across the sales process, and implement F&I structures that position dealerships to operate in the top 5% in the industry. He partners with the most elite and respected F&I product providers in the business, delivering high‑credibility, high‑impact solutions that amplify profitability, strengthen customer value, and set a higher standard for dealer performance. He also leads the formation and optimization of reinsurance companies, helping dealers build long‑term wealth, underwriting strength, and true financial independence.

As Co-Founder of Keystone Dealer Solutions, he leads agency administration and ensures seamless, responsive service across all dealership relationships.

Jason serves as the operational anchor of the organization, providing direct, efficient support that simplifies complex processes and delivers a frictionless experience for dealership personnel. In addition, he leads Keystone Protect, the Alliance’s commercial and personal insurance division. Keystone Protect delivers specialized coverage solutions for automotive businesses while expanding value-added insurance opportunities for dealership customers. His expertise ensures clients receive both operational stability and comprehensive risk protection within the Alliance platform.
